SYNBIO TECH Business Continuity Plan for COVID-19

In response to the challenges and uncertainties of coronavirus COVID-19, we had launched a contingency plan and measures for continuously supplying safe, healthy and high-quality probiotic products to our global customers.
Staff management
The health and wellness of our employees are our number one priority, which is why we had instituted a number of guidelines and measures including monitoring temperature, establishing cleaning and disinfection procedures, restricting business trip, prohibiting customers and supplier visit, adopting necessary isolation management, establishing remote work and providing shift flexibility to ensure employees’ health and productivity.
Supply chain
In accordance with our operational risk policy, we  ensured our safety stock and asked our suppliers to provide their contingency plans and health assessment plan in order to ensure our business continuity and product quality to our customer and at the same time to mitigate the effects of the virus during this period.
Social responsibility
Before virus situation has been controlled, we will continually monitor the development of outbreak, strengthen employee health education program, and activate all of the safety and personal hygiene protocols and actions, while safeguarding the health and safety of all our employees and customers.
Finally, we would like to extend our deepest condolences and warm sympathy to those who suffered by coronavirus COVID-19. We hope that these damages can be restored soon.
