SYNTEK™ thorough- Culture Optimization of Integrated Manufacturing Technology

SYNTEK™ thorough is an integrated manufacturing technology exclusively developed by Synbio Tech Inc. for the functional enhancement of probiotics. Our team is extremely proud of the fact that our technology has become one of the most innovative probiotic manufacturing technologies globally. We have optimized and adjusted various processes, including strain screening; fermentation and mass production; key processes for functional enhancement, encapsulation and freeze-drying techniques; and quality control. This enables us to maximize the commercial and application values of probiotics by enhancing the functionality of each strain and improving it's efficacy, stability and safety.

3 Key Manufacturing Processes

SYNTEK™-FitScreen

The manufacturing process starts with the screening of probiotic strains. For an in-depth understanding of probiotics, we screened and collected crucial native strains from the natural environment. We also focused on the systematic management of the culture collection and data bank, the establishment of various bacterial screening and efficacy evaluation platforms, and identification of strain to ensure the genetic stability, efficacy, and safety of the strains.

SYNTEK™-StimuFerm

During the fermentation process, we specifically designed fermentation parameters and key manufacturing technologies adapted to each probiotic strain based on the functionality, tolerance, adhesion ability, and antimicrobial activity of probiotics, to achieve a systematic production using automated equipment such as highly efficient fermentation tanks and centrifuges. Furthermore, we have continuously improved and accumulated more than 20,000 modules of production parameters and key manufacturing technologies to achieve a world-class production scale; maximize the potential of bacterial strains; and improve their overall viability, potency, and efficacy.

SYNTEK™-MatriCoat

Coating technology is required to maintain the viability of probiotics during storage and within the human gut so as to increase their ability to colonize the colon. This technology work by protecting the probiotics from harsh environmental conditions, as well as increasing their mucosal adhesive properties. MatriCoat, the new generation of coating and freeze-drying technologies, allows the coating of probiotics within a “single-layer” of natural high-efficiency matrix and "multiple active materials" to reduce bacterial damage. This technique ensures “multi-effect protection in the context of single-layer coating”, which not only enhances the protective effect on probiotics but also ensures the bacterial cells are intact and improves the overall viability and stability of probiotics.
